REGULAR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE IS THE MOST REASONABLE INSURANCE AGAINST UNEXPECTED FAILURES.
Every two or three years, I schedule trips to my distant customers where a single round-trip service call can be prohibitively expensive. So in order to continue providing services to my customers in 19 states, the Virgin Islands, Jamaica, and the Bahamas, I plan trips by geographical areas (and islands) so travel costs, lodging, and meals can be shared. If you want to be included, just send me an e-mail with contact info, instrument make and model, and any pertinent details. When I am planning a trip to your area, I will send you an e-mail. There is no obligation to be on my list, and no obligation to respond to my e-mail. I can only provide an estimate of the cost given the details you provide, so be as specific as possible. The actual fee is usually very close to my estimate.
